Flat roof, roof repair, lead work, Worthing roofing services.

Royal roofing services were contacted by a local building firm in Worthing , West sussex, to do a flat roof and fix a leak on the main roof. On inspection we found that the flat roof needed to be replaced , and that the leak in the main roof was due to faulty lead works in the firewall and damaged felt. we were able to complete both roofing works in a 2 day period.

Royal roofing services were contacted by a customer in littlehampton west sussex, They needed their porch flat roof renewing, somebody had tried to repair the roof by tacking some shed felt over the existing felt which had caused it to leak more.We had to strip the old flat roof , and then we discovered that the decking was also damaged so we then had to replace that with 18mm osb.

Flat roof in Brighton, re-deck,lead works

Royal roofing services were contacted by a customer in Brighton, her garage flat roof was leaking badly. On inspection we found out that the roofs decking was also damaged and needed to be replaced.we stripped off the old roof felt and lifted the old roof decking. we fitted the the roof with new 18mm osb decking and then we put a new 3 layer built up flat roofing system on. The lead works that surrounded the flat roof were also split so we had to take out the lead and fit new code4 6" lead flashings. Royal roofing services were contacted by a customer in Worthing west sussex to replace a flat roof on their dormer.The dormer felt was in very bad condition. we used the 3 layer built up system and used a green mineral finish.

Roof repair worthing,west sussex

Royal roofing services were contacted by a customer in worthing west sussex with a leaking roof. When we inspected it we found that the fire wall was the cause of the problem, we had to erect a scaffold to access the roof and then we stripped out the old slates, and tin soakers , we had to grind out the cement works on the firewall . we fitted new felt with the correct upstands and then we re-slated the roof with new soakers, we then re-rendered the fire wall and once the cement works had dried we sealed the firewall with aquapol.

Royal Roofing Services were contacted by a maintanance firm in london to renew two small flat roofs in worthing west sussex, these flat roofs were high up so we required scaffolding.we managed to get both roofs done within two days there were also some minor roof repairs.
