Royal roofing services were contacted by a customer in worthing west sussex with a leaking roof. When we inspected it we found that the fire wall was the cause of the problem, we had to erect a scaffold to access the roof and then we stripped out the old slates, and tin soakers , we had to grind out the cement works on the firewall . we fitted new felt with the correct upstands and then we re-slated the roof with new soakers, we then re-rendered the fire wall and once the cement works had dried we sealed the firewall with aquapol.
