Flat roof Worthing West sussex

Royal Roofing Services were contacted by a customer in Goring, West Sussex, they had a dormer flat roof which was leaking very badly and had caused the ceiling to collapse in the front room downstairs, on closer inspection we found out that the roof was puddling, this was making the water damage internally a lot worse.We had to remove the water from the roof and also remove the roof decking as it was no longer effective. Worthing roof repair , West sussex

Royal Roofing Services were contacted by a customer in Worthing, West sussex they had a problem with their roof valley, when we inspected the roof we found that it was half lead and then when the pitch changed the other half of the valley was clay valley tiles neither had any felt under them, so we stripped out the old lead valley, and the old valley tiles, we fitted some breathable felt and fitted new lead , then we re tiled the roof and re cemented the valley tiles.for more pictures please visit our website htpp://www.royalroofingservices.co.uk

Worthing roof repair, West sussex

Royal Roofing Services were contacted by a customer in Worthing, West sussex , they had a leak coming from their roof valley, The main reason for valleys to leak is because the felt underneath has disintegrated or the lead has a split. Lancing roof repair

Royal Roofing Services were contacted by a Customer in Lancing,we had been recommended by a previous customer in West Sussex,the customer had a problem with her roof,it was water was leaking into their bedroom above their window.On inspection we found that  there was no felt under the tiles, and no undercloak beneath the verge tiles,the tiles were very old and damaged and the ridge tiles were broken leaving holes in the roof. So we removed the old ridge and tiles and fitted new breathable felt and new fiber cement undercloak.
