Royal roofing services were contacted by a customer in worthing west sussex with a leaking roof. When we inspected it we found that the fire wall was the cause of the problem, we had to erect a scaffold to access the roof and then we stripped out the old slates, and tin soakers , we had to grind out the cement works on the firewall . we fitted new felt with the correct upstands and then we re-slated the roof with new soakers, we then re-rendered the fire wall and once the cement works had dried we sealed the firewall with aquapol.

Royal Roofing Services were contacted by a customer in Goring, West Sussex, they had a dormer flat roof which was leaking very badly and had caused the ceiling to collapse in the front room downstairs, on closer inspection we found out that the roof was puddling, this was making the water damage internally a lot worse.We had to remove the water from the roof and also remove the roof decking as it was no longer effective.
